Owner Authorization Required

Members must have authorization from the property owner before listing any property.

Accurate Information Mandatory

All property information, rent, photos, and availability must be accurate and up-to-date.

No Fake or Duplicate Listings

Fake, duplicate, or misleading listings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

Brokerage and Commission

Brokerage and commission are decided directly between the owner, tenant, and agent. Apna Ghar does not interfere in these negotiations.

Platform Responsibility

Apna Ghar is a property listing platform and is not responsible for financial transactions or disputes between parties.

Professional Conduct Required

Members must maintain professional and ethical business practices at all times.

Account Suspension Policy

Any misuse, fraud, or violation of platform rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Membership Fees

Membership fees (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
